BROKEN STEPS AT ETRANCE,SWIMMING POOL NEEDS CLEANING AND MISSING TILES REPAIRED, SCUM RING AROND THE POOL IS UNBECOMING AND POOL WATER IS SOMEWHAT SALTY. HOTEL STAFF IS EXCEPTIONAL AND THEY EXCHANGE CURRENCY IF FUNDS ARE AVAILABLE. I WOULD RATE IT 3 AND A HALF STARS. AN EXCESSIVE UPCHARGE WAS ADDED FOR A 1 DAY FESTIVAL THROUGHOUT THE CITY . IT SEMED UNFAIR TO THE LONG STAY RESIDENTS.

I extended my stay 5 days and went for the double room which was still good although the view is nothing special unlike the triple. The market, about a 15 minute walk away, is great for food.

Staff were friendly and helpful, doing laundry too. Great cafes to the right along the river. Tasoha cafe, amazing!
